Not recommended: cutting boards

The board looks great, is a good weight and cuts well (not too hard or soft) but it slides everywhere and can't be trimmed. I ignored comments about slipping because all my boards do slip a bit and usually a towel or paper towel underneath should help. Whatever you put underneath it will slide everywhere. Because it's light, it wobbles when something is placed under it. Very dangerous.
