The front cover is missing from the bracket. The gear bag was torn open and 4 anchors were missing. The shipping box that was delivered was undamaged. The mount seems to be quite well made. Maybe it's just poor quality control before shipping. Will be updated after installation. (To update)! Installation completed. I had to buy my own gear. So expect another $15 for screws/washers if you go for the wall mount. The mount itself is very well studied. I weigh 215 pounds and tested it by pulling myself up at the end. Welds look like machine grade. The plating is slightly scratched (probably plating multiple blocks to bring them together). Now I have a 70 pound sack hanging from it. Absolutely no effect on the suspension. Overall: good quality for a heavy bag. Only the fastening material is missing.
