I set this up to hang my 100 lb bag and it's a monstrous setup. The packaging was of poor quality and some screws and washers were loose in the box and lost. I had to use log wall studs anyway so it worked.

The bracket itself is quite strong, but the anchors that come with the bracket are cheap and don't hold the bracket in place well. If you purchase this product please plan to use your own wedge anchors for a secure fit.

The only bad thing is that it only comes with screws that are made for cement. I had to buy screws and such. The total cost for the things I needed, other than the stand to set it up, was about $30. It was quite difficult to install because the studs in my wall weren't wide enough.

Strong product for hanging a heavy bag. Use the recommendation and replace the anchor bolts with anchor bolts of a different length. Depending on the masonry of the block, the thickness varies and the bolts are required in different lengths. Otherwise, the screws will stick out before they are tightened. The hanger is solid once you've secured all the screws.

I've had it for about a week now and am mostly satisfied. With the 2x4, my heavy bag sticks out 28 inches from the wall (measured from the center chain). Regarding the installation, I attached 3 2x4s along 4 studs and attached a wall bracket to the 2x4s. If I can get a year of this I'd say it's worth the price. In a week I'll see if there's still plaster on my outside wall. LOL!

I bought this trailer for £1000. about 800-1000 pounds. We build the tower, but we don't hang it. This hanger works very well without bending. It was installed into a solid concrete wall using (6) 3/8" x 3" concrete anchors. I am very happy with the quality of this hanger.

To install on wooden stands I followed the advice I saw in another review: discard any screws that come with the kit. Use 3 two by four to connect some studs as shown. Use 4 1/4" x 2 x 4 wood screws (12 total) to attach to the studs. Use 6 3/8" snap screws to attach the 2 by 4 bracket. Use washers with each screw. Be sure to pre-drill the walls before driving the screws. I've been using it for a few weeks now with a heavy 100lb bag, had some great workouts and the mount is rock solid! Perfectly

Delivery and packaging was unusual, there was minor damage (dents and paint chips). The box was unsealed and wrapped in some sort of stretchy medical wrap/foil. The front cover is missing from the bracket. The gear bag was torn open and 4 anchors were missing. The shipping box that was delivered was undamaged. The mount seems to be quite well made.
