Amazing for a heavy bag
To install on wooden stands I followed the advice I saw in another review: discard any screws that come with the kit. Use 3 two by four to connect some studs as shown. Use 4 1/4" x 2 x 4 wood screws (12 total) to attach to the studs. Use 6 3/8" snap screws to attach the 2 by 4 bracket. Use washers with each screw. Be sure to pre-drill the walls before driving the screws. I've been using it for a few weeks now with a heavy 100lb bag, had some great workouts and the mount is rock solid! Perfectly durable!
