Great cycling shoes

I used one of Trisevens panniers and was so impressed with the quality that I decided to try their shoes. And I couldn't be happier. Great bike shoes. Also, they were cheaper than all other options. Comes with an extra pair of black laces, an Allen key and a nice plastic cap in the screw area if you don't want to install SPD spikes. The forefoot is nice and stiff, which makes pedaling much more comfortable than in soft athletic shoes, but still feels good to walk on. I rode in these shoes a few times before installing the cleats and these hard soled cycling shoes are worth the money! I never realized how big of a difference there is between the two but I would highly recommend them even if you are wary of going in and out. noticed, they hurt my legs. I just untied the laces and can now easily put them on and take them off. Don't feel any tightness while driving, even during an hour's drive. The Velcro keeps the laces from getting caught in the chain or knitting needles (happened to me as a kid, no joke) and keeps the shoe in place. nice and safe! They breathe well so my feet haven't gotten too hot or too cold on any of my rides. The outsole is made of very durable rubber, so they should last a very long time. A nice touch when adding extra rubber to the toes to protect them from rocks when mountain biking or to use with toe clips/cage.
