The most helpful thing about this software is that it gives me easy access to my current customer database without having to manually input all of their information myself. I also like how simple it is for creating surveys, as well as editing existing ones. It's not necessarily my favorite part since some features are more complicated than others (like changing font sizes). However, overall, I think this tool works very well! It allows us get accurate data by asking our clients directly what kind of service(s) they receive from us. This in turn helps us improve our product line every time we launch something new. We have been able to create custom surveys easily through this platform.
