Review on ๐ŸŒž Ultimate Sun Protection: O'Neill Men's 24-7 Traveler UPF 50+ Short Sleeve Sun Shirt by Steve Hauck

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Different colors are made of different materials and vary in quality

I bought three different colors of this shirt in the same size from the same Revain product listing but they were clearly not the same product. . Both the gray and navy shirt are 5 star products and feel great: silky smooth, just the right thickness and slightly reflective. The collar was printed with "loose fit" and "92% polyester, 8% spandex". The white shirt (same size, same exact listing on Amazon) was very different and a 2 star product: the material was much rougher, looked different (thinner and non-reflective), the collar didn't say "loose fit" . like the other shirts, and the collar read "93% Nylon, 7% Spandex". Nylon and polyester are different materials, which probably explains why shirts look and feel different. Unfortunately, the product listing on Amazon does not state which colors belong to which version of the shirt. It's hard to tell if these differences are due to the fact that some colors are made differently by the manufacturer, all colors are made the same one year and made differently the next (and Amazon has old versions of some colors and new versions of other colors ) or whether some of the colors are actually fakes and other are genuine products. However, unless you prefer rougher materials, I would advise returning any shirt that says on the collar that it is made of nylon and not polyester. There is a noticeable difference in feel and quality.
