Review on Transcend 128GB SDXC Class 10 UHS-1 Flash 💾 Memory Card - High-Speed Data Transfer up to 90MB/s (TS128GSDXC10U1) by Jeremy Jackz

I purchased this product because I needed to increase the capacity of a recently purchased Ultrabook that only came with a 128GB SSD. This card effectively doubles the storage capacity available on my computer and alleviates the potential issue of running out of available storage space. I was surprised that the card seems to be almost as fast as an SSD drive. Both are flash but I expected the SSD to be much faster than the card. However, this does not appear to be the case. I am using this card in a Haswell class device and I think it might make a difference as the card didn't work well in an older Ultrabook even if it fit in the SD slot of the old device. Once I transfer the card to the new machine, it just sings. I'm giving five stars because I use it in a Haswell Ultrabook. If I had to rate it for use in an older model I would give it a three. But where he is now, he gets an unconditional five. Expensive but worth it in my opinion.
