Please stop comparing Atkins to keto. These are delicious low sugar bars!

ATKINS NOT KETO! BEWARE OF SOME BAD REVIEWS FROM THOSE WHO COMPLAIN IT'S NOT FOR THE KETO DIET! I eat an extremely low-sugar diet and try to avoid white refined sugars in my foods at all costs. I am not diabetic but I suffer from insulin resistance due to polycystic ovary syndrome. I eat Atkins products because they are low in refined sugar. These products use a sugar substitute, but I've been sugar-free for so long and consume these products in small enough portions that they don't upset my digestive system very much. I always read reviews before buying any product online and I have to say I am surprised and annoyed by all the negative reviews from those complaining that they are not for those who are on keto. While I'm not following a low-carb lifestyle, I'm aware that the Atkins diet is not a keto diet. Although both diets are based on the principle of eating a minimal amount of carbohydrates, both diets are very different. Atkins' packaging says "keto-friendly," but that doesn't mean they're keto products. Please research the differences before complaining that these foods got you out of ketosis. Despite all that, these bars are absolutely delicious and I love the protein that peanut butter gives you. If you lead a low sugar lifestyle and possibly a low carb (non-ketogenic) diet then I would give them a try just to see how you feel about them. They keep me full and help me control my weight and sugar intake! I don't usually like long reviews, but I just had to give my opinion on these bars.
