Great Solution For Multiple Channel Management

Very user friendly and it allowed our company to move away from some of the more complex 3rd party connection solutions. There is almost no configuration for our system, they just had a basic example that we have built off and used which worked great with our own system. I wish the product had more configuration options, but it is much easier to work with this software than any of the others. We are able to have multiple channels tied into our one system. Our customers can make multiple channels for us in a single place which makes it easy for them to call our agents. They can also update their own information to make their relationship easier. I believe this is one tool that helps you have everything under 1 roof! No more manual data entry when adding contacts into your database, just upload them via FTP or other means directly from Salesforce/InforSuite etc - it makes life SO MUCH EASIER for my team members who are managing our large enterprise customer base!! There isn't anything at all really- but if there was i'd like it even better because we can only do so many things with one platform now thanks to cloud technology.

  • It allows me ease access as well being an admin.
  • The interface looks good; works fine too,
  • Easy enough implementation process (if something goes wrong)
  • Good support staff available upon request
Cons
  • Can be slow sometimes during peak hours
  • Does not allow integration between different platforms
