Description of CRM WDE Connector

The Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition (WDE) Connector eliminates the extensive SAP work usually required to customize the connection between the CRM and contact center. Keeping as much of the customization as possible within the WDE Connector’s scripting module reduces the total cost of the integration and allows the business to maintain control in Genesys instead of in the CRM.

Great Solution For Multiple Channel Management

Very user friendly and it allowed our company to move away from some of the more complex 3rd party connection solutions. There is almost no configuration for our system, they just had a basic example that we have built off and used which worked great with our own system. I wish the product had more configuration options, but it is much easier to work with this software than any of the others. We are able to have multiple channels tied into our one system.   • The interface looks good; works fine too,
  • Easy enough implementation process (if something goes wrong)
  • Good support staff available upon request

  • Can be slow sometimes during peak hours
  • Does not allow integration between different platforms
