Very clear and bright monitor negative control setting

Updated 10/05/2022. I had trouble turning the brightness down, partly because the settings control is a toggle on the power button and there were no instructions. It's amazing the variety of computer products and accessories we can choose from at Revain. And this applies to computer monitors with a flat panel LED / LCD. If you are planning to buy a fast gaming PC with one of the NVIDIA 3D graphics cards, you need a fast monitor with a high refresh rate to ensure smooth graphics and the best gaming experience. As a result, manufacturers make monitors with higher refresh rates than the standard 60Hz refresh rate so your gameplay doesn't get blurry when scenes and players are moving fast. The JLink monitor is one of those displays designed for dynamic graphics that are part of popular games like Grand Theft Auto, Fortnite, Destiny 2, Apex Legends, The Witcher 3, Mass Effect and more. Since the Jlink monitor offers a 165Hz refresh rate, it should work well in these popular games. Fortnite is one of my favorite free streaming games from Epic. You can see how this monitor reacted to the game recorded on my Apple iPhone. And it looks pretty good. But first I want to talk about setting up a monitor. The monitor comes with a user manual with clearly written instructions, a stand with stand, a 1 Display Port (DP) cable and a power adapter. You need to attach the stand to the back of the monitor, which is easy to do by following the instructions, and then connect the power adapter and computer cable. You have the option to use the included DisplayPort cable or the HDMI cable if your computer doesn't have a DP port. The connections are located at the center back of the display. The on/off switch is located on the back in the lower right corner. This is a dual function switch that I have never seen before. I've reviewed and owned several monitors, but found the monitor settings controls on the power button for the first time. I connect the monitor to my computer with a DisplayPort cable, press the power button on the back and my desktop appears on the display, clear, sharp and bright with good colors and contrast. I also checked the refresh rate with TestUFO.com and it was tested at 165Hz and I took a photo of that test. Before I was able to access my Epic Games account to launch Fortnite, I tried using the power/rocker switch to access the settings control panel. To use, move the switch up, down, left, or right to access different settings. To select a function, press the power button like the ENTER button. It feels a bit fiddly and unfamiliar to use, but after a few minutes I was able to access numerous settings, including sound, since the monitor has built-in speakers. Personally, I would prefer the adjustment controls to be separate from the on/off switch. The monitor height is adjustable. To lower, press the top of the monitor and it will lower to the desired height. To raise it, do push-ups from below. The monitor can also be rotated and tilted to a vertical position on the stand in portrait mode.
