I live in an old building and wet wipes are not allowed. The neighbor who lives above me actually blocked the pipes and flooded my apartment. That was around the time I was chatting with some other neighbors who said they loved wipes and it was a shame not being able to use them around here. After a short search I found Touche and bought it immediately. I showed it to my neighbors who also bought it and say thank you very much for how cool it is. I actually like it better than wet wipes because it doesn't get my hand wet and it feels better without clogging the treatment plant with dirt. WIN WIN WIN 11/10 would buy again.
