Glitchy charging cradle

First, a short pro list: - Very good sound, especially in the bass - Holds securely in (my) ears - Good battery life - Very good Bluetooth range Here's the list of things. What I've had to live with, which may be a hindrance for some: - Phone calls (and FaceTime calls) Sound only comes from one side, on the left. And it can't be toggled right - pods start wireless connection the moment they lose contact with the charging cradle. This can be a big problem, because if the cradle is "knocked" (even if the lid is closed), the modules that pop into the cradle briefly lose electrical contact with the cradle long enough to initiate a Bluetooth connection. Establish connection even when the charging stations are properly reinserted into the holder. In other words, my phone can connect to the modules that are in the charging cradle without my knowledge. If I decide to only use the left earbud for calls and leave the right earbud in the charging cradle after the call and want to charge the left earbud, just putting it back in the charging cradle is not enough for it to start charging. Instead, I have to pop out the right earbud briefly and then plug both earbuds back in to start the charger. The bottom line is that I complain that I have to be very careful when putting the earbuds back on the charger. to make sure they haven't accidentally connected to my phone, or check the LEDs to make sure it's actually charging.

Pros
  • Nice
Cons
  • Good, but not great
