I'm 5ft 4in, 150lbs, medium size and they fit great. Haven't run in them yet but so far they are amazing! So comfortable! I will update my review if I find a terrible flaw in them while running. The fabric is so nice and soft! The bottom layer doesn't seem to ride up too much , it's already pretty short, so it's not really much. If all goes well on my next run, these shorts could become my new favorite pair of running shorts! very comfortable and soft! But walking around in it sucks. The inner layer rises and the Super gave me a wedge. I might try cutting this inner layer into underwear shape and see if that would work better. Well, they would only be good for walking or lounging around the house, but not for running 😭
