Protective soap worked great for my antifungal needs! Nobody likes to admit skin problems with fungi, but they do happen. In my case, after several weeks of taking antibiotics, I developed a fungal outbreak on the skin in the middle of my upper back. Just where I couldn't get to apply the cream prescribed by the doctor and live on my own, you can imagine the disappointment! I came across Defense Soap while looking for a solution to use and I'm so glad I tried it! All natural ingredients attracted me, and when I received it I was amazed by the pleasant smell of eucalyptus and tea tree oil. I like that it doesn't dry out my skin. I found it expensive but considering how well it has worked for me I now see it as good value for money. BUT the best part is how well it has helped get rid of my fungal problem. In my case I had chronic itching on my back where the infection was concentrated and after only 2 showers with Defense the terrible itching was completely gone. I've been using it as a shower soap for 2 weeks now, my back is clear and my skin looks healthy again. It lathers well on the back brush and I can reach my whole back. When using Defense I am my main problem area (back) and do not wash it off while my other areas are. I think if you leave it on for a minute or two it will have time to work better. When rinsing, even in my somewhat hard city water, it washes very well. What surprised me the most was how much I liked it as a soap. It cleans well without drying my skin and I find the smell very pleasant. The protective soap totally exceeded my expectations, it got rid of my fungal/itching problem and is also a good shower soap with a pleasant smell. After that, you should know that I give Defense Soap a well-deserved 5 stars! I can highly recommend it as a remedy for skin fungus problems. UPDATE 8/6/2017: It's been a few months and I'm still completely satisfied. It got rid of the fungus on my back, keeps it away and cleans well. I love the tea tree oil smell and the bar lasts longer than my old soap. Protective soap works great for me.
