Spend the extra money and buy better mats elsewhere. Some of the mats are not carved cleanly, as if someone inexperienced cut them or they were discarded due to their imperfection. But. some of them looked good. Since I didn't need all 25, I was able to pick the best ones to show. These rugs were great when I was in need and needed them to hang a dozen or so in the gallery for just a few days, but as for the material itself, the corners will curl even with the slightest bit of moisture. I have to weigh them down under something to keep them flat. If you store them in any other way, they may warp and deteriorate. I'll probably just recycle the ones I have left over. If you're a good artist, just pay the extra money for a nicer/heavier material that will hold its shape, last longer and look way better.
