Compared with Canon 28mm 1.8, Canon 35mm 2, Canon 40mm 2.8, Sigma 24 1.8. An option full of compromises. More contrast than 28/1.8, therefore less suitable for portraits. The picture resembles 40 / 2.8, but the angle of view is wider, more interesting. "Gray" supplies of this lens at an attractive price, which in my case was decisive. Got pros: 1. Sharp and contrast 2. Affordable wide angle, thanks to the course, the head from the choice does not hurt 3. Compact 4. With a stabilizer, you can shoot from 1/15 s - good at dusk, also smooth handheld shooting in video Some cons: 1. Obviously aperture 2.8 is small 2. There is HA (fixable in LR, etc.)
