The letters need to be rearranged...
The quality of the letters is good. The problem is that not only do the 'S' and 'E' have to be swapped, but the top of the A is also swapped. It's not a problem if you replace it before the first install, but if you miss that detail like I did, it becomes a PITA to fix.
