Parcel was shipped with UPS and arrived at the expected time. The shipping box was dry and unstained with plastic bubble wrap also free of moisture. Batteries were in individual blister packs. The photo shows three packages. An end is a wrapper that appeared dry and untainted. In the center is a dark, coin-sized area over the middle heel that was colored and appeared wet. The last package had a big wet spot on most of the instructions and was definitely wet. Cardboard tears on the back of the blister pack are only damage caused by opening the pack. The batteries seemed to work fine, but I don't know how long they would last if exposed to water. Low ratings are only given due to uncertainty about their durability and function.
