I like that you can connect with your doctor through messenger, which makes scheduling appointments easier than ever before! It has allowed me as someone who works in sales for medical devices/ supplies at work but does not have access or time off from my employer to go see one-on -one doctors appointment; this allows us all more flexibility (especially during COVID).

As far how effective it really was working remotely vs going out there myself, we are still unsure if its helped any because everyone's experience may be different since i am only speaking about our own experiences so take what fits best where needed most.
