Made in the USA, much better quality than the Chinese crap sold by DeWalt, Bosch and Milwaukee these days. If used correctly they should last a while (with oil/paste and the right technique). However, I once went through the entire set in less than a week because I didn't use coolant and didn't have the right wrenches (my department was just starting out). After buying a new set I made sure I did everything right this time and the set is still with me. If you are only looking for a few specific sizes, I recommend taking a look at Guhring. They are made in Germany, just fly out of the water, but are priced accordingly.
