Strong, well built, versatile.

The tool is amazing. I like its ergonomics. It's easy to use and very reliable for me. I understand that some people have had issues with bearing mounts and I think that can happen, but this is one of the most durable tools in my kit. Most of the complaints I see are related to the fact that you don't have the right components. Well you can always get your own and add to the tool, it accepts universal hex bits. And most people have a few of them just lying around from other things. I don't think it's fair to judge an instrument by what it doesn't have, because they pretty much know what it has. If it doesn't have what you want, don't order it. However, it feels great in the hand, is easy to use and you always have a lot of leverage. I see that one reviewer had a broken beat retention system, in which case you might have had issues with that, but I was still able to work. Given this negative review, I took a very close look at the snap rings and bearings and they are very heavy. I'm surprised someone broke one of them. However, I think there are very few of them and you can always return it. I doubt too many bad ones leave the factory. The design is simple and solid. It's a fantastic tool and I think the bounce rate is pretty low. You can always buy a huge universal bit set and add it to your toolset so I have all the tips you could ever need or think of. Actually, I'm surprised they don't sell some extras. So you'll only get six and maybe they could have chosen those sizes better. I often need the smaller size, but I just pop the smaller hex bits I already have into the tool and I'm fine.
