I bought this tool to replace a similarly shaped "free" Y tool that came with one of my kids' Diamond Back banana bikes years ago. This pro bike tool is the same idea but way better. Nicely made and having six different attachments is a huge plus. It's also nice that all parts stay with the tool and you have nothing to lose.

I took it with me to keep in my saddlebag on long trips in case something happened. Most of the time he has the tools needed to repair roads. However, it lacks the smaller hex set that some components on my bike require. It's a bit frustrating because I thought it was a complete set. But for a quick tool in a pinch, that's pretty much all you need.

It happened that the 5 mm screwdriver bit was pulled out of the tool a few times and got stuck in the clamp of the seat post hexagon screw. I noticed it twice but not when it stuck in my mind and I went on a trip for a few hours. So the 5mm nozzle was gone and that was the one I used all along. I've bought a lot of bike tools in the past and this one feels good in the hand, is made of quality materials and is quite durable. The tool is amazing. I like its ergonomics. It's easy to use and very reliable for me. I understand that some people have had issues with bearing mounts and I think that can happen, but this is one of the most durable tools in my kit. Most of the complaints I see are related to the fact that you don't have the right components. Well you can always get your own and add to the tool, it accepts universal hex bits.
