It happened that the 5 mm screwdriver bit was pulled out of the tool a few times and got stuck in the clamp of the seat post hexagon screw. I noticed it twice but not when it stuck in my mind and I went on a trip for a few hours. So the 5mm nozzle was gone and that was the one I used all along. My road bike lives in the back of my car with the front wheel and seatpost removed. Now I have a tool with limited functionality. It's more or less not worth having other rarely used features handy. So is the tool to blame? Probably not. Should I see if the tip has come off the tool? Could it be that the bit comes off the tool too easily? In my opinion, yes. However, it may be one of the 6 features of the tool, but it was the 1 feature that I used 95% of the time.
