Good quality but didn't work for me

First of all I'm an amateur. Now that may put some cyclists off my mind, but with that in mind I'm returning this tool. The feel and quality of this instrument is amazing. I've bought a lot of bike tools in the past and this one feels good in the hand, is made of quality materials and is quite durable. However, for my purposes, this tool cannot get into the gaps on my new Trek bike unless other parts of my bike interfere. The seatpost gets in the way so I can't use a tool to adjust it without removing it and adjusting every few mini turns. But then the ends come out of the tool, so I have to stop and reattach them. Again, I'm an amateur, but I don't see how this tool can be used when the bike parts are in the way. The stem screw cannot be adjusted with it either, as my handlebars are in the way. Nice tool but I can't apply it to my needs. On a positive note I was very impressed with the brand and spent the money on a set of Pro Bike Tool torque wrenches. Who would have thought, but I'm also a hobbyist with torque wrenches, but at least I can get that working for my needs. Extremely versatile and the key head is tight!
