I bought these to be able to extend the valve stems from the inside rear wheels of my class A motorhome. The reason, in addition to being able to check tire pressure, was to install tire monitoring transmitters so that I could can check my tires while driving. They were pretty easy to install. I had trouble aligning one of the extensions and ended up bending the existing valve stem slightly to clear the hole in the outer wheel rim. I had an issue with one of the extensions with an extra o-ring preventing me from making a tight connection. After I figured out what the problem is, everything works fine. I definitely recommend them if you want to do the same for your setup.
