I originally gave them a lower rating but they contacted me to replace the product and even sent me shipping labels. The problem is that I can't find the box to send it back. It saves great but causes serious lag in my games and system after a while. I'm losing control of my avatar due to lag and playing online so this is a big problem. I wish I still had the box and had another one first because I really can't do without some extra storage while waiting for a replacement to start with. I could then use that box to send another one back but that wasn't offered.
