It's easy to set up, has great customer service! They will help you through any issues that arise along your way if there are some hiccups or things don't go exactly as planned. I would highly recommend this cloud provider for anyone looking at it. There were no problems during my time using them but maybe we just had good luck since our experience was mostly positive throughout everything. Hosting VDI in the cloud makes sense given how much more efficient hosting desktops can be compared to physical environments where space constraints often dictate not having multiple devices per person.
