Great post-workout recovery supplement from tough workouts! The taste is different (in a good way) from the usual fruit punch, grapes blah blah blah. I'm hoping NutroBio will come out with a natural tasting pre and post workout supplement (I know NutraBio has an unflavored variety but it's not the same and I think it will taste EXTREMELY bitter). If you are looking for a QUALITY post workout supplement - GET IT ASAP! I spend a lot of money on supplements so I can tell you this is a quality product worth every penny :-D
