We used this stoner to remove 36 pounds of Bing and Ranier cherries. It worked great. Featuring pitting, packing and freezing cherries in less than 2 hours. I counted the pits to make sure they were all cherries as I removed the pits 6 at a time. I would say the pit capture rate was over 95 percent. For the remaining 5, I also played quality control testers, so I had to find elusive pits by eating them on the spot, so maybe some weight was added to the pitting process. When making bones, I counted the bones in the tray to make sure there were 6 and threw them away each time. Overall I am very happy with this pitcher.
