Review on πŸ‘Ÿ Mizuno Women's Rider Running Shoes - Castlerock Phantom by Brian Thao

High arches? One size up

I bought these running shoes. I have extremely high arches (my footprint is completely separated between the forefoot and heel), damaged knees and hips, I'm prone to Achilles tendinitis and shin splints, and I'm slightly supinated (heels turned outward). In general I have a mess so I need shoes with cushioning level 4 or 5 and very solid support. But not tight as I have a high foot profile due to the arch. I also wear insoles and sports socks when I run. And they had to be narrow, so I decided to increase the size by half. I chose these shoes based on online reviews. ARE YOU skinny? I was concerned about the reviews claiming they were narrow. I don't have wide feet, but I don't have narrow feet either. And when I run, the balls of my feet and toes "spread" a bit, so I usually prefer the toe area to accommodate this. But when I first wear them I don't find them tight, especially in the toe area where I felt there was enough room. It was wonderful. PROFILE: I have found that the laces on my foot stick out higher than I usually like as I have a high profile and the laces often numb my feet. I just don't close my last eyes. COMFORT: They have a high level of cushioning and a quick, springy response. I need a pad but I like the feel of the tread so the quick response makes it very comfortable overall. However, I still find that toe numbness (which is very common for me when using an elliptical, for example) is still a problem. STYLE When it comes down to it, these are good sneakers with small details. which makes her very attractive. I bought them in gray because gray goes with everything and when my shoes stop walking they usually become city walking shoes so I want to make sure they don't clash their sunset years with my wardrobe. .
