Klask is an amazing game of skill and skill. It's pretty easy to learn, it only took me and my friends a few games to get comfortable with the forwards. It's a lot of fun and the game turns go pretty fast, so we tend to play some of the best of the three in a short space of time. Be careful with the little cookies though as I lost one the very first day - they tend to fly off the board easily when hit with moderate force and tend to get lost fairly easily. To protect the surface of the board from scratches, I use a sticker (included) on the firing pin and regulator terminals. Later, I plan to use felt mouse pads and wax the surface of the board, which I think will protect the surface and make gameplay smoother. I only have two complaints: the cost of the game compared to what's provided and the lack of a cookie-only set. For nearly $50, I was expecting a more finished product (better wood, polish, and lots of parts, especially white biscuits). For the set that came with it, it seemed to me I paid two to three times more than it should ideally cost. If the game came with four batsmen, five balls, and twenty biscuits, plus additional board polish and better wood, I'd happily justify the $50 cost. The $10 parts kit is also overpriced and should be around $5 at most. I would also appreciate if there was a set of 20 cookies for $10 as I'm afraid I'll keep losing cookies. This definitely affects the gameplay as I'm trying not to lose the cookie and therefore have to keep an eye on it when it's flying - my eyes usually follow the flying cookie and I lose focus from the game for a moment. But if you don't pay attention to the cost, the game is worth it. I'm afraid the exorbitant price has prevented further distribution of this game. If the current set was $20-$25, I'm sure more people would buy the game. Unfortunately the price is a big deterrent to my friends who enjoy playing with me but don't buy their own copies.
