I won't lie and say that this particular pick didn't take long to use. It definitely was, but the result was worth it. I have very long hair so it was a bit difficult to wrap because the wand is very long. I was able to wrap around both the spheres and the indentations, creating a unique swirling effect. It's best to physically curl up the section of hair you're curling, rather than pulling it down like you would with a traditional unclipped wand. Any feedback that this wand doesn't curl or its hair is too short, the heat isn't used high enough, or it's doing it all wrong. You really have to use your right hand above your head to bend your left and vice versa for your right. The black cold tip should be pointing down as you curl. There are several informative videos on YouTube on how to curl with this wand. Anyway, I'm happy with this magic wand and I'm looking forward to many great looks with it.
