I installed 10 of these displays (one was a 65" version) and had no trouble getting the Supersign display to work. As another reviewer noted, there is a secret code to access the server menu. Turn on the display > press and hold the SETTINGS button (about 5 seconds) until a blank message box appears briefly in the top right corner (you may need to press and hold again if you don't see it). When you see the pop-up, press zero (0000) four times, then press OK. Some displays use the code 1105 instead. After that, you should be able to access the secret menu. You can also set up the Crestron Control ID here The display packaging is pretty good and we've only had one broken display (looks like someone hit it with a forklift, there's no defense against that) The picture quality is excellent and the Supersign software isn't too difficult to deal with, especially if you're just viewing a slideshow. Of course, only buy this display for commercial use. designed for personal use, but I don't think you'll have problems with it if you go that route. However, there are much cheaper options for housing.
