The Bark Control Collar was purchased for a very active dog who barked non-stop. Almost immediately the collar reduced the barking and definitely the duration of the barking. She no longer sang for UPS, FedEx, USPS, service trucks, etc., or anyone (including us) as she pulled in and out of the driveway. Over time, the dog stopped barking, although there are still certain triggers (e.g., other dogs walking by) that bother him. You can tell she's being corrected, but she ignores the correction and continues to guard her territory. Overall, the product reduced irritation but did not eliminate it completely. I decided to purchase based on the positive reviews and shopping at Revain was easy as always. It was possible to return if necessary, but I'm happy with the results.
