Poor quality yarn

This is my fifth pair of Bucilla stockings. I like doing things like this, but the threads in the kits seem to be of poor quality. This kit in particular has very poor thread quality. The thread keeps breaking while sewing. I am concerned about the durability of this stocking due to the poor quality of the thread. If the new thread falls apart during work, will the stocking fall apart during use? Very disappointing.
