Review on Lightweight Men's Slip-On πŸ‘ž Shoes by MARC JOSEPH NEW YORK by Edward Taylor

Excellent workmanship, the size is oversized

I began to appreciate the high level of craftsmanship of this company, but I also began to appreciate some of their quirks in terms of size or lasts. Boots, which are always unusually large, and Reebok, which runs small in many cases. They were definitely a half size too big but they can be worn, especially when I'm wearing thick socks. They also feel very wide at the back of the shoe, which is a bit of an issue for me because I have tall and relatively narrow arches, so my feet tend to rub these shoes in weird places. The fit is completely different than the leather-soled loafers I own. The leather moccasins on sale feel like they fit my feet much better and fit perfectly even in a size 11 with my odd arch. Unfortunately, the hard leather sole is suitable for dancing, but not necessarily for hiking. The sole is nice and thick, which makes them suitable for walking as well as everyday use. Craft is quality! I wouldn't pay more than a hundred dollars for them, but they're still well under that price.

Pros
  • Good
Cons
  • While the lightweight EVA technology is an advantage, the suede material may not hold up well in wet or inclement weather, limiting the shoe's durability and practicality for everyday use.
