I don't know much about Apple products so I don't know the rules on which chargers work, not which devices. I thought as long as it has the right plug it will charge, although some will be slower. However, when I connected my iPad 5 to this charger, the charging icon appeared, but after an hour the percentage didn't increase at all - not even 1%. However, it charges my iPhone XR very quickly and the cable is three times longer than the one that came with it, so I'm very happy with it. So it does what it advertises, it just wasn't clear that it wouldn't work at all on unlisted devices. Will have plenty of this, just wanted to warn anyone who thinks they're using it with older devices.
