I've been using the stealth brake assist in my 2008 Honda Odyssey for about a month now and I'm very happy with it. I had a choice of brake partner, but in cold weather it stops working due to moisture buildup in the air line. The Brake Buddy Stealth has an electric motor, so it shouldn't have that kind of problem - while that's true, I've never had a problem in sub-zero temperatures. Installation was very easy. If you have experience installing radios and alarm systems you shouldn't have any problems. Took me about 3 hours. Spend most of your time deciding where to mount the main unit as it is a bit large. It came with about 5 feet of cord and didn't need to be cut. I had two issues: Firstly, the cable that comes with the kit is quite short with a towbar extender. It looks like it can still be tight even without the extension. I'm afraid the cable gets disconnected while driving. I ended up making a 7 pin to 7 pin extender out of an old cable I had. Second, while driving the Odyssey (not in tow), the plug cover made intermittent contact, causing the brake to apply during normal driving. I was able to pull over to the side of the road and wiggle the plug to fix it. If it happens again I'll add an extra power switch or pull the fuse when not in use.
