Lots of problems. First, it's its shape. It's too narrow and too high, so it falls regularly. It comes with a bracket so you can mount it to the wall, but if you rent it you can't screw the pepper bracket into the wall. Therefore, the meat grinder constantly falls over. Because it's narrow, it's also very difficult to fill without sprinkling peppercorns all over the place. It's also uncomfortable to hold because of the narrowness. Overall, this is a poorly designed pepper mill. The original model was highly recommended, but it was the only one I could find from the company, so I suspect the problems started when they redesigned the product.
