I received this device this week. It took me 15 minutes to unbox it, plug it in, and figure it out. I first tried a slice of toast in it and it worked great. Completely flat toast. The second test was chicken wings - 450 in 25 minutes. And it starts in the cold oven, without preheating. Excellent results. My gas range would take that long to heat up to 450. Overall, it looks functional and well made so far. I bought it for one reason, unlike other models and brands - because it has the smallest footprint of any air fryer I could find and would fit in my limited space. However, I can fit a full size pie stand into its roughly 100 square inch interior. A few minor annoyances - the little on/off light never stops blinking and it beeps too loudly every time I press a button. But those are secondary considerations because other than that, it's exactly what I wanted - a tabletop toaster that can actually make a meal for two, or side dishes for many others, as well as toast. It is also pretty. BTW, it replaces a fancy English toaster my husband bought from Williams Sonoma a few years ago for over DOUBLE what it costs today. This toaster, not much smaller than this little oven, looked cool, but it never toasted evenly browned toast in its life, and it couldn't make chicken wings. ANOTHER NOTE: This article is not heated from the outside. Most products of this type are heated from the outside, but not this one.
