I ordered this bracket to mount a Samsung 55" Smart TV. Samsung Smart TV in width. The screws are long enough for the top two holes though on the TV but the screws are too short for the bottom one. Also the instructions say to use washers for screws but no. The washers have holes big enough for the M8 screws that come in the set. I have one Email sent to Mount It customer service. I received a reply asking me to reply with all the details of my order, which I did. They never responded. I waited a few days and emailed again -Mail but no response. I called and left a voicemail and then emailed them again telling them I hadn't received a response. They did never answered. I ended up having to buy some screws at my hardware store for $5 (almost half the price of this mount). Last night I decided to install my TV and the bracket started popping out of the wall. I thought maybe the walls of my apartment are too fragile, but then I noticed that the anchors (which came with the bracket) were left in place. The screws (which came with the bracket) slipped out of the anchors. It shouldn't work like that. I had to buy more anchors, now I've spent about $20 and doubled the price I paid for it. Also, I haven't received a response from the company yet. All other reviews complained about the level (which is true). The company could have fixed that, but I'm fixing their problems instead. It was a nightmare and I recommend avoiding this purchase.
