Good attachment except for the built in spirit level - crap

It was pretty easy to install. Comes with many different screws so you can choose the right ones for your TV. But the built-in level was far away and caused me a lot of extra work. If I started at my own level it would be much easier. Don't trust the cheap level!

Sturdy to hold my 43 inch TV. Currently. With the Black Friday discount, I'm adding 58 inches. Now I'm guessing let's say 55, but will another 3 inches affect retention? Let us try it. Good. To. I'm making a deal with BLK on Friday. I am adding a 58 inch TV. And also. Still. On the wall and we will. Strong. Big. wall mount

Terrible! - TV accessory

Absolutely terrible! Wall anchors just don't work. The bolts are not long enough to engage the anchors. I ended up drilling holes to screw them into the studs as it's not long enough to hit the stud on one side. Then I used my own wall anchors. I would return it but my daughter got the TV for Christmas and was dying to try it. Buy literally anything!

Well designed, easy to use.

This TV mount is very simple and easy to install. The bracket, which attaches to the wall, has a built-in bubble level so you can easily make sure you're leveling it. Once that's done, it only takes a few screws to attach the brackets to the back of the TV that come with the bracket. The TV was hung on the wall in 15 minutes. Ordered yesterday and installed this afternoon at 3pm. I would definitely buy again.

I've honestly read a lot of other reviews, I think some people just ruin things and then want the product to die blame. Not having the right balls or anything because this has all the balls you could possibly need or can imagine not having to buy them from a hardware store this is the most ridiculous review I have ever read on this product, perfect heavy duty solid it works great love it that it's so smooth in the slope so it has a great slope if that's what you want and it's definitely greatโ€ฆ

Very well designed. Simple and fully functional.

I'm a private contractor and when people do renovations they want TVs on the wall without cables. So I have installed and hung brackets and TVs of different brands, this one does exactly what it is supposed to do, very functional and even elegant in its simplicity. He does his job without knowing he's there. The price doesn't lie either, it's a very well designed pile of metal to hang a TV on the wall which I wouldn't say about many other mounts. I end up cutting and welding earmarked togetherโ€ฆ

Incorrect/missing/defective parts, terrible customer service

I ordered this bracket to mount a Samsung 55" Smart TV. Samsung Smart TV in width. The screws are long enough for the top two holes though on the TV but the screws are too short for the bottom one. Also the instructions say to use washers for screws but no. The washers have holes big enough for the M8 screws that come in the set. I have one Email sent to Mount It customer service. I received a reply asking me to reply with all the details of my order, which I did. They never responded. I waited
