Only one main knob, fine adjustment is not required as the main ball lock knob is perfect. Although not grade marked, the top plate also rotates for ease of use. I feel 100% confident leaving my rig unattended and not worried about a creep. Amazing value and 1/6 the cost of RRS. You can't go wrong when you need a powerful workhorse.
