Worthless unless you pay $10 for the app

I am replacing an OBD device that I left in a car I have sold. I never thought when I bought this device that it wouldn't perform basic functions like resetting an error code unless I bought the $10 app. With the basic app they promoted, I can only read the error code and not erase it. I can't do most of the other basic functions either. So they expect us to pay another 50% more just to make it work. it's coming back And I know that Revain is now cracking down on misleading product descriptions. I hope you are the black bullet of this provider!.
