Gentle facial toner that moisturizes and protects against bad weather. Can be used alone or as a prep for other skin care products. It nourishes the pores while soothing the skin. Wait a few minutes before continuing with the rest of your skincare routine. I have found that it makes my skin feel nice and soft. It also feels slightly hydrated. Ideal for creating a good foundation before moving on to other moisturizers.
