1 inch is not superfluous in my book
Ugh! I misread the description. I thought it was 1 and 7/8. It is not; it is 1.5 diagonally. - so 1 inch for every size 1 inch is not gigantic and especially not extra huge. I wouldn't have taken it if I knew it was so small. I don't need it (I have a 1" stamp) but I don't want to mess with returns - and it was my fault for not reading past 7 or being confused with another one. I tried because I refused to believe he was as small as he said he was. and it punched through 2 sides of an envelope I had on hand immediately. So if you need to punch 1 square that would be fine.
