Very low quality. Some items break on first use.
The sanding pads supplied are rubbish. They are sufficient for approx. 2 minutes of use when sanding putty. Large sandpaper holder broke on first use. When removing the first sheet of sandpaper, the Velcro and the sheet holding it, as well as the foam padding, came loose in addition to the sheet of sandpaper. The saw blades are fine. They're clearly made from inferior metal, but that's to be expected at the price. In general, I do not recommend this set even to amateurs.
