They are very small. I bought 4 pairs of large ones but they fit like small ones. By mistake they sent XXL, but it fits better. I like the pockets but they are made of mesh material which gets heavy after a hard workout. It was my fault for not reading the product more. Oh, they work too. The Thought shorts are made from a lightweight, flexible material like some Nike and Under Armor shorts. Inexpensive at $17, but it's better to spend the extra money on established brands like Nike, Under Armor, or Adidas.
